Custom URL and SSL

If your eCommerce site uses a custom domain, please provide the following SSL certificate information in Basecamp:

1. Encryption Key Length: 1024-bit or 2048-bit. 2048-bit is recommended and most commonly used.
2. Organization’s Name
3. Organizational Unit (if applicable)
4. Domain Name
5. Country/Region (for example US)
6. State/Province
7. City/Locality

Once we receive this information, we will generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) and send it to you.

After your certificate provider issues the SSL certificate, please send it back to us. We will install and configure it on your site.
