This page allows you to create new programs or edit existing programs.

Upon launching Manage Programs, a list of all programs on your site will be presented. Click on any program title to open.

As multiple pages of programs start to accumulate, some of the features will help you find what you're looking for quicker.
- The search allows you to search programs by name.
- Filter programs list by status or published/not published.

The ABC Keypad filter will update the program list by displaying items beginning with the letter of choice.
Clear out the keypad by selecting the "#" sign and the program list will reset to display all programs.
Programs can be published to the catalog by checking the box in the published column. Unchecking the box will unpublish the program from the catalog.
The status field will indicate if the program has been denoted as active, dormant, or archived by the administrators or instructors on your site. This option does not impact dates or availability, it's a filtering option only.
All columns allow for reverse filtering, meaning if you click on the column header you can bring up your items in order. For example, click on the Date Created column and you can bring up oldest to newest or newest to oldest content.
Under the Published column, you can publish or unpublish programs to the catalog by selecting or deselecting the check box.
Under the Delete column, you can delete programs by choosing them individually or check the Select All option and then click on the Delete Selected Items button.
Note: Deleting programs removes them from your site. However, program completion history will remain in reporting for your users.

Click Create Program to create a new program.

Fields with a red star are required to be completed before the program can be created.
Please proceed to Program Information for in-depth details on new program creation.
