This guide takes you through the sites main navigation menu items which include:
- Dashboard

- Catalog

- My Training

Change Password
We suggest you change your password from the allocated one sent to you, unless your site is using Single Sign-on (SSO). To change your password:
- Under My Profile tab select Edit Profile link.
- Scroll to the bottom of Edit Profile page.
- Click the Change Password button.
- A pop out message will appear, type in your new password, confirm new password and select Save.
A confirmation notification will be sent (if turned on in Email Settings) to your email account.
Make sure your computer is properly configured
- Use an up-to-date version modern browsers: Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome.
- If possible, use high-speed internet.
- Turn off your Pop-up blocker per your preferred browser.
- Double check that your PC is overriding automatic cookie handling.
- You can also visit our Recommended Browser Settings section to help with configuring your computer.
After you have checked settings to ensure your computer is properly configured, clear your browser cache (CTRL & F5), close your browser and then re-open it.
Notes:
- Log Times on the site are recorded as Central Time (server time)
- Inactivity Timeout Warning Message: When a site's time out is reached a pop up will appear warning the inactive user their session will expire and asking them if they are still working. The message will appear for 30 seconds with a numerical countdown informing the user when they will be logged out.
- If the user does nothing, they will be logged out once the countdown reaches 0 and return to the login page.
- If the user clicks "Log me out" they will be immediately logged out of the site and land on the login page.
- If the user clicks "I am still working" their session will be refreshed and they will not be logged out of the site. They will remain on the page they are working from.
- By default site time-out is two-hours; if you wish to change your site's inactivity timeout please contact Client Service.
- TOPYX is built in Responsive Design and works from your desktop to mobile for all roles including reporting
- Your TOPYX site can also support SSO and API configurations. Please post in Basecamp for more details.
- SSO options include: MD5#, SAML (Identity Provider & Service Provider options), and OAuth.
